Love Me Boots
2024–2026 · Wearable sculpture / hand-painted silk / performance
A collection of wearable sculptures created from hand-painted silk, developed through the artist’s ongoing investigation of the body, pregnancy, vulnerability, motherhood, identity, desire, and transformation.
Enter the projectFlorencia Montefalcone works between painting, textile and the body. Silk is painted by hand, cut, and rebuilt into sculptures that can be worn, carried and performed — objects that hold fear and desire at the same time, and ask what it costs to be seen.
